Return and Shipping Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date of purchase to start a return. Unopened, unused products can be returned for an exchange, store credit, or refund. Opened products are ineligible for a refund. If you’ve had an adverse reaction, we will provide in-store credit only, within 30 days of purchase.

To begin your return process, please email hello@subtleenhancements.com and include your reason for return. In-person returns are also welcome during regular business hours.

If the product was purchased via our online store, return shipping will be at your own cost. Once received, a return can be processed once the items are inspected.

Important: SALES ARE FINAL on all gift cards, final sale items, and treatments.

Where do you ship?

Currently we only ship within Canada.

How long will it take my order to ship?

Orders are generally processed within 24-72 business hours from time of order. We are open Tuesday-Friday and items will be shipped out as soon as possible. This could be longer on weekends, and holidays. You’ll receive an email and tracking number once we have processed your order.

What are the shipping rates?

As a small business, shipping rates are costly. We offer flat rate shipping of $12.00 and free shipping over $99 everywhere in Canada. We recommend stocking up to get the free shipping!

Can I pick up my order in-store?

You can, free of charge! Please select “in-store pick up” during time of check out. After processing order, please wait for notification that your order is ready. Our business hours are current on google. If it says the package is lost, please send us an email to hello@subtleenhancements.com and we will help to ensure you get your package! 

I put in the wrong/incomplete address, and I haven’t gotten my package!

If your package could not be delivered successfully due to a failure to provide an accurate address, we will re-ship for a $15.00 additional fee. If the error was ours, we will happily reship for no additional fee.

Cancel Order

Once an order has been placed, we are unable to cancel the order. We are charged processing fees to accept orders, and thus are unable to cancel your order after processing. 

My order came damaged, what do I do?

We strive to high quality products and packaging, but when items are shipped, sometimes things are damaged in the mail. Please report damages within 4 days of receiving your order and we will make things right! Please email us at hello@subtleenhancements.com with a picture of your order and we will make things right.
